I've heard about 49-O, which allows u to give negative vote to all the candidates when u feel none of them are worthy enough to be chosen. Can someone tell me whether this is actually present in the Electoral Rights or is just an eye-wash which arrived thru E-mail. I know this is not related to the current topic. But because we have a nice topic out here, why not let some more in.
