So no need to create the boundary. Bangalore produces IT, Hyderabad is now expanding it, Delhi was financial hub and now Mumbai has superceded it, Bihar and entire UP is a labour supply zone we need to make their life better to get trained manpower, Kolkata supplies intellectuals and arts, Punjab supplies the national security, Surat is now rising sun of India.... list is endless for Chennai, Goa....
