Mumbai is Cosmopolitan
by Saheb Rao Nagori on Feb 15, 2008 03:50 PM

Like any other metropolis, Mumbai is also cosmopolitan. It is called 1% India for its linguistic diversity. Let's not break the status. The business language is Gujarathi, Corporate language is English, Konkani for coastal settlements and Bombaiyya Hindi for general conversation. The city will never be divided on Marathi. Ever.
