U are right about J&K but iit situation is like these after so many years is because hindus and don't blame congress. Hindus never trusted that muslim wanted to be part of a secular india which has been in exitence since the akbar's time. So when the hindu king of J&K was ready to sold J&k for some terms and condition the hindus agreed. THe condition of signing the doc might have been legal at that time and since war broke of immediately it was left like that no one bother. Being a muslim my question is why the status quo was not removed when hyderabad which was under nizam's rule was taken from him under threat. Why was jand k was let out. Shivaji is indian but do u know who was the commanderin chief of shivaji's force a muslim. though RSS will hate to accept it. I agree with what shivaji doesn being a muslim because if the king is not good u have to fight so did he did what his motherland wanted and so did the muslim commander did what was expected from his mother land. HAd RSS and other hindus agreed to accept muslims as india congress wouldn't have got enough opportunity to retard the growth of india. And true to be Indian India did very well under non-gandhi congress rule. IT did well both during NArsimha roa and now under manmohan singh. India would have progress only if the leaders and organization like urs have not divided the people. U divided it into hindus and muslim congress further divided it into caste and religion and now u leader are dividing it
