old life style or old policies?!!! These are the perils of unplanned growth and one needs to cope and mange stress. Infact the govt is working with "old" infrastructure and this greatly contributes to the traffic stress... old is not gold nor is growth bad...the problem is uncontrolled unplanned infrastructure and these will explode if growth occurs at the pace at which it did...
