That would be a very good idea .It should also include Pune... Then the true colours of Mahrastra would come out. i.e how capable they are of supporting themselves. Except the cotton and sugar belt (for which they are naturally blessed). How is the average Marathi going to survive? just on Sarkari Naukri.?
