SC cannot live outside society. If rules are made to promote beuracracy and courts always say following such rules are justice, then God help the nation. It is quitre clear that govt bodies are moving away from society realities like teh MCD but at least the SC started coming back. Now lets see if they pull up MCD by asking why is it that when demand and feasibility exists, why were these plans not approved in the first place?
