Ultimately, albeit temporarily, money and political power won !!! Congress should make uniform policy of issuing notification / circular / etc. permitting everything illegal which has happened till date to be legalised. By this count, they can mint money and won the next general elections. Court cannot then say, partial or after thought. this is principles of natural justice - what ???
