While I have deep respects for our Judiciary, I hold that the decision of the Apex Court is being treated as CASUAL by the owners.
By doing so, the fervour which was built by the local authorities in checking erratic construction activities will have no checks.
The Apex Court may have a relook at the decision after viewing it from the affected residents of NCR. The same traffic problems, law and order situations would reemerge.
