Indian Constitution gives right to each Indian to work in any part of the country. If any state has issue, Goondagardi is not the way to oppose. This is breach of constitutional rights,and anyone doing this is UTTER DESHDROHI.
Its very obvious police and govt. do not have enough power to stop this.
