Actually Raj is vocalizing the voice of entire Marathi people. Among Marathis there is a lot of resentment against the UP/Bihari people. They say that UP/Biharis are hated everywhere in India ranging from Delhi to Assam so why shouldn't we join in this fun and game. It is basically a grassroots level movement which will soon engulf Maharashtra. News is pouring in of anti-UP/Bihar trouble in Nasik, Pune, Beed. Pretty soon it will be entire Maharashtra. This will cause anti-marathi riots all over North (Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Ranchi,...). So this situation basically has the potential to balkanize India, a la Yugoslavia. Another partition may follow with Raj Thakerey playing the role of new Jinnah! Raj is saying those things OPENLY, which every Maharashtrian says in private. Make no mistakes about it!
