somewhat logical but not completely...the person in texas and in ny does not have that kind of cultural defference that we have. If language is not the criteria then why do we have the states division based on language? Its a hard fact and we have to accept it if we want to remain united. People will respect others only when they are happy when them. Unwanted guests will not be entertained by anybody... Regarding talent and employability...that is applicable for intelectual jobs.. not for labouror jobs
