Dude cities are centres of trade, Look at san francisco or new york , or paris , london, do you think these folks were born and brought up in london or in silicon valley. They came they changed the face of the city and they stayed. It is the responsible of the respective goverments to maintain law and order and to ensure that the movement of people results in betterment of every one.
