Are Maharashtrans not going overseas countries for finding job. If Maharashtr is so developed that it can't accept backward Bihari then then why they are also migrating to US, Europe, Saudi,Canada Australia etc. All 30 millions INDIANS NRI's out of which 5 millions are Maharashtras Indians(NRI's) should through back to India by overseas countries. All countries like USA,Europe,Canada,Australia etc are become so crowded and dirty because of these Illiterate and uncivilized Indians. Indians who don't have unity in their own country they don't have any rights to live overseas countries. These Indians send all money earn overseas to their native states in India.
