I have to agree with the spokesman.

If they copy our model, they will not be good at CORRUPTION.

They have become exceedingly good at it that they fooled even the USA! Billions drained from USA without any accountability. Now that takes some expertise!
If they copy our model of corruption, eventually it will come out! Remember Bofors??
