I have to give you a Nobel Prize for your invention of my community! This itself shows how stupid you are. FYI there is no such 'parasar' community in our area though fishing community is there. I do not belong to fisher-men community though I know much about their culture and life-style due to proximity. Fishing does not require education but experience and the courage. As they are living on side of sea they naturally develop such courage. Their life is never miserable unless storms occurred in the sea.
Overall they are not under poverty line but only some are rich. They get educated only after embracing christianity. They are happy to be christians so people like you need not shed crocodile tears for them.
