Yeah, right. Poor laborers were misled into believing that they were being hired for some work, drugged, had their kidney removed, were thrown out on the street with threats for keeping quiet and you say its OK?
The whole thing was NOT voluntary. There might be many poor people who are selling their kidneys for money. But the people that Amit tricked had their kidney stolen by him.
