IF U CAN NOT PUNISH NITHARI KAND'S MONINDER then it is my request NOT TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST AMIT KUMAR.AT LEAST HE IS SAVING LIFE OF SOME ONE,yet he can not be given clean chit.
