Its the governments fault
by DIX PREMSINGH PRASATH on Feb 10, 2008 01:43 AM

There are no set guidelines to illegal practices in India. With widespread illegal practitioners (qualified and unqualified), ethical doctors are forced to do funny things to survive. What has the government done to uplift the quality of life of doctors? nothing. After working hard for atleast 5-10 years to become a doctor the government pays maximum of 20,000 INR, which has become peanuts in India due to soaring software market.

What about the legal frame work? no strict laws or punishments enforced to curb such activities. Is the legal system fair for the rich and the poor? unfortunately not. A politician murdering thousands for political gain is still the leader- in that light what will not the common man do.

Unless and until the legal system is equally distributed and enforced nothing in India is going to change.

I ideal punishment for such crimes committed within such noble profession should be awarded the highest possible punishment- ie. decapitation; so that no one ever repeats.

There is no justification for such indecent, inhuman acts.
