Looks like you have difficulty identifying what is wrong and what is right. That's what happens when you live in a totally corrupt society.
Open your eyes. The fellow tried to profit from selling kidneys of the poor. That's the problem. And he deserves to be behind bars. Agreed, it might be better to have legislation that legalizes the sale of kidneys in a transparent manner by those willing to do so. But, middlemen (the unscrupulous Indian middle class) who try to make money out of it should be punished.
