You seem to forget the fsct that the most dreaded terrorists who were in jail were released at Kandhahar, and they are now rubbing the salt into the wounds. Who was ruling at that time? I hope yo know the answer. Still, no explanation has come forth about how much money was paid apart from releasing the terrorists.
