The senior sena earlier was against south indians - branding them entirely as madrasis - and the junior sena has turned on north indians now.

Why the south indians are now spared? Because it is in the south - Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Trivandrum, Cochin etc. - that the world has located its back office and gets its services done - where work is for the present generation in India - Maharashtrians, marathi manoos included. Now the sena will turn against the south indians at their own peril.

But since Raj needs some issue to stay relevant the north indian bogey is up.

Simple logic. Nothing to be taken serious. Actually the north indian politicians and all others should just ignore this issue, and if it becomes a non-issue then it will die down.
