come on dude, you have to agree that politicians of UP/Bihar are the worst, what have the Britishers got to do with software industry apart from imparting English language for instance. If your point holds that all politicians are the same throughout India all indian cities would have deteriorated like cities in UP/Bihar. Some politicians are growth oriented like CB Naidu, SM Krishna, the TN politicians despite their support to TN are pro-development.
