Opportunities are so much in excess in Mumbai that due to the lack of talent in Mumbai MNCs are recruiting people from outside Maharastra for company's in Mumbai.So people dont really have to come to Mumbai in search of work but lack of talented & skilled employees invite outsiders with large stripends to Mumbai. Immigration is an issue all over the globe then why are Maharastrians being such a cry baby?Are they so insecure of their own calibre?
