It is real truth that due to non development of Bihar & UP the citizens of UP & Bihar flown to Delhi ( See what Delhi Governor said), Punjab, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra the hindi understanding states & developed states. They never gone to Tamilnadu, Andhra karnataka. Instead of using abuse words for maharashtrians please develop the UP, Bihar, make Patna, Lukhnow as Metro call your experts to home state.
