Marathas under Shivaji Maharaj fought back against the Mughal rule from Delhi and established the Maratha empire. Eventually the Maratha empire even went up to Panipat. All this time, up/bihar was under mughal rulers.
Get your facts straight, dude!
Just by writing crap will not change History!
