undoubtedly, this is nature of things. Time is a very mean machine. Yesterdays Capital during Moghul and Ashoka time are fallen and the Ghati tribal mix is on rise for this time.
The Brahmins and Ksatriyas and traders left North to move South/West and learn local languages well.
Same with Europe, The North Europeans were in Caves (called barbarians) when SOuth Europeans were advanced cultures. Now West Europe is determined by North and West Europe.
