Mumbai was just a group of 7 islands with fishermen villages during the time of the Maratha Empire. The migrants made it the prosperous Mumbai of today whether they migrated from other parts of Maharashtra outside Mumbai or any other state in India. If someone wants migrants to go back from Mumbai it will be so when it sinks under the sea water with Global Warming just like Dwarka and there will be no local nor migrant living there.
