SO THE BROADER PURPOSE ACHIEVED THROUGH THIS CONFLICT IS TO BRING A GRASS ROOT PROBLEM TO PUBLIC ATTENTION. THE PROBLEM BEING LACK OF DEVELOPMENT IN UP, BIHAR BY THEIR POLITICAL LEADERS!!!!!!! which brings the hungry and poor to urban parts of India. Remember Changdigrah, Ludhiana and Amritsar are not spared from these migrants!!!
