I think, it is not possible to take out the kindney from all the 500 people forcibily.
He must have paid money to all those people as per their demand. Hence 99% of the kidney loosers from the 500 persons come-out & said that they lost their kindney forcebly.
Dr. Amit should be punished, if he has taken kidneys forcebly.
