to be or not to be
by shashank chandrashekhar uparkar on Feb 08, 2008 03:53 PM

i partly agree with balasaheb and partly with raj.
but that should not lead him to pass such a silly statement ; for a couple of years back raj was the political heir and today balasaheb is following the old congress tradition of dynastic rule fully knowing that uddhave cannot conect to the masses.
Years back it was pungi bajao lungi hatao, few years back shivsena itself was against the same bhaiyyas and biharis. So Sorry balasaheb you have no locus standi. It was thnx to your announcement of free housing to slumdwellers that we even today see hordes of bhaiyyas and biharis coming to the city and in the same line bangladeshi's.
ask uddhav to travel in train ; ask him to get in to a churhgate local coming from virar at dahisar ; its impossible thnx to these migrants.

Violence is not the solution so i dont support raj here but yes he was right in his statements.
The Sena chief maintained that his party had never demanded that non-Maharashtrians be thrown out of the city. ''We have only said that if you want to stay here, be loyal to the city and the state - dear saheb can you justify that 70% of earnings of these migrants are going out of the city and 90% of these guys do not pay tax!! what have they given to the city - they urinate, spit and shit where they want, will not think twice to scratch their balls in public!!! how has the city benefitted- locals have lost jobs, airport expnasion - cannot be done, railway lines expansion cannot be done
