Remember 26th July 2005 ?
by Aadi Manav on Feb 08, 2008 05:37 PM

This was the fateful day in the history of Maharashtra & Mumbai. Over 1000 people were dead in a day diue to the heavy torrential rains lashing the city like anythig. There was devastation everywhere. Teh commercial capital of India was at a standstill for 3 days.
Where were aoo,Mulayam,Amarsingh,Nitishkumar at that time who are making a big hue & cry over Raj Thackrey's statements ? These North Indian leaders did not take pain even to visit Mumbai and enquire regarding their North Indian brothers in Mumbai for whom they are now shedding crocodile tears.
None of the states in India send any reief effort to Mumbai except for the Andaman & Nicobas ,the reason being the governer of this union teritory happened to be a Maharashtrians ,Mr. Ram Kapse.
I have a question. When you chant from the root of your naval that Mumbai belong to entire India were you sleeping at that time? Do not underestimate the Marathi sentiments...
