Hiranandani is a builder who has built some complexes in mumbai. Whats so great about him? If not him somebody else would have built structures in powai.Reliance & Tata have industries all over india so don't give their examples.I don't know what u want to suggest by IIT chairman.
If you want to suggest that Mumbai, maharasthtra and everything has been developed by non maharashtians then I would suggest them to go and develop UP and Bihar too. Who has stopped them?
