Khanna, who is holding Constitutional post should not make such foolish remarks.He is just trying hide the failure of Govt in controling law and order situation and corruption in judiciary and police. Whether north,south,east or west it is only law and order problem and corruption in police and failure in govts to imlement laws with iron hand.Law is only for poor and weak people.There is no law for rich.They escape with what crime they do by give money to netas ,judiciary and police.
