For last 20 years this guy (called doctor) was doing trasplant surgeries illegally in Bombay & Delhi under good protection (nobody could touch to him) ; how come all of a sudden he was detected this year??? Plice & politicains must have given him shelter.Now he is caught at Nepal ...it is shame for us.
