In past 2 years lot and lot of soliders committed suicide due to ther harassment by Army top level people.
My friend who worked in Army too committed suicide due to the torchure by higher authorities. My friend was denied leave to go to his brothers marriage. He was denied leave to see his ailing mother too. He was punished for asking leave. He felt lonely and he felt so humiliated since he was illtreated by his higher officials. so he committed suicide.
I dont know why so my torchuring does by superiors in army. I think all top ranked persons in Army should be taught with good manners, so that they would treat subordinates in polite way. Then only suicide rates will come low in army.
