i am a north indian and i have stayed in chennai for 12 years. presently, i am residing in delhi. though, chennai has its elements, where one may find people like stalin, karunanidhi, veerappan, ltte supporters and other such fanatics, but, by and large, people of south india and their work ethics are DEFINITELY better than that of north. they r more less uncouth, less brazen and more civilized. it is easier to get any work done in south, and to travel at night is comparatively safer there.
