delhi gov.'s speech is ture i admit that i m from west india.but gov. must not point out the west n north indians for overstepping the limits.all r not same ,may be in delhi some people who doesn't follow the rule.so in west n north india there are people who follow the rule but its true that no. of that kind of persins r less.but gov.'s speech can make people of north n west india violent so they must take care abt that.bcoz when i read that news it makes me see red.so plz think abt that
