That's all fine buddy. But the problem he mentioned is genuine - there DOES seem to be a geographic angle (in general at least) to this Indian attitude-problem with laws. I would say even the West is generally tolerable, but can't say the same thing for the North. Try standing in a queue in a railway station up north.
