agree with you completely, I am a south Indian born in trichy, studied in 5 different cities of North and west India because my father was a civil servent, worked in mumbai for 3 years and now working in Pune for 1 year. I MUST SAY MAHARASHTRIANS ARE THE MOST FRIENDLY PEOPLE, VERY HOSPITABLE, DOWN TO EARTH AND PEACE LOVING GENERALLY. wherever i went i found mostly north indians braking the law in some form of the other, for centuries i think they have this CHALTA HAI attitude.
