I think most of us violate law and take pride in doing so...only that it is more so among north indians... We do not think that law is for our own good and we blame everybody else for bad traffic conditions.. On the same lines its not only behaviour on the road, its everywhere in day-to-day life... Only when we learn discipline,neatness in public life we can become developed.. Only with every citezen's contribution and cooperation our infrastructure and conditions can improve..
