I agree personally to the comment made on north India,but i am not quite sure South India is as mentioned in the article.I being a north Indian agree, that rules have been a serious joke among delhi drivers.No sense of lane driving,honking.Its is abnoxious to see the traffic today. Delhi metro has gone sour for me,as it is overcrowded.I think the planners have to seriosly look into the matter. I think delhi needs 4 to 5 lines running in the same direction to take the traffic load. And it is ridiculous to see the Metro guys running only 4 boggies.Where as in Europe 8 bogiies run(while they have far less traffic). As for the attitude,god knows what will happen with bad attitude being imported with people commin to city....With commonwealth games round the corner,I guess some people need to be beaten with the stick ....to get things goin in Delhi
