Kidnapping for ransom is not against religion of peace provided infidels should be kidnapped. In Paki context infidels are only 1 percent of total population in general terms. Wahabi Sunnis are considering Shii, Ahmediyah and other less intolerant sects of religion of peace also as non -religion of peace hence it will be still beneficiary to exempt kidnapping from the banned list.
Neither the book nor Hadths forbid kidnapping infidels for ransom rather it is recommended as an effective weapon to subdue infidels.
