Since the alqeada,taliban and extremely hard line elements of pak army are completely frustrated with usa due to debacles in iraq and heavy losses in afghanistan and cannot carry out major terror attacks against usa directly they are shiftng their frustration again on kashmir as they know they have soft targets in and around india..with help of b'desh,nepal etc also
