China's growth is directed by Government Policies. Other Asian Countries are highlighting the India's age-old civilised culture which they want to emulate, India's growth is mainly based on the enterprenuers and hardworking middle class socieity and Government is meant to twist the hands of these two groups in the name of socialism.
