we should refrain from celebrating Valentine Day as well as Uttar bhartiya Diwas. If you are resident in Maharashtra then why Uttar bhartiya Diwas? why not Maharashtra Din. Of course you can celebrate it in private in the same way as our NRIs do in foreign regarding Independence Day. But that cannot be done publicly. For private celebration Maharashtrians will also join PTites. But if they do so publicly then definetly there will be tensions.
