it is not the lack of intellegencia. it is their way of seing things. and their arguements. I think it is her position which is of importance, her designation indicating her governments point of view. other than that all the people in the audience knows the problems with nukes falling into wrong hands. commming to her arguement. -> terrorists dont seek nukes. there are different kind of them, one who are very organized and sofisticated, like the ISI and the smaller branches and other branches...with very loose affilication to the bigger one. the smaller ones want to be mobile and can cause less damage but have the bleed capacity. the bigger ones can be a problem they can get the weapons necessary and use it for ranson, threatening etc.
