To liken Mumbai with Bangalore or Chennai is wrong.Because Bangaloru and Chennai have good outside population,but they are IT guys,Marwaris and other business people.In Mumbai the problem is different, we have criminals from Bihar and UP not software professionals.Raj didnt object to Gujus for example,because they are Business ness people who are enriching Mumbai..So he is not against outsiders as such
