u dont have any knowledge of Bihar Major. There are many industries in Bihar but their head offices are in Delhi/Kolkata and Mumbai. They loot Bihar UP and prosper the metros. so everyone has the right to be in the metros. Mumbai/Delhi/Kolkata prosper due to the revenues from Bihar. Central Govt take the taxes from Bihar and build infra in Metros. go and enhance ur knowledge before discussion. If CCL stops the supply of coal.. everywhere it will be dark and dark. no electricity at all.
