When you read the holy books, please do not read between the lines, between the lines would always bring in wrong interpretation. As far as 2:191, 2:193 and 2:216 is concerned, I know it is not mentioned for practicing in daily life, it were instruction given for a particular episode in times of prophet Mohammed (pbuh). "This happened only when the so called unbelievers did not abide by the treaty which was signed by them and prophet Mohammed (pbuh)". It is definitely not a prescription to be followed in daily life. The other verses you have quoted will also have some back ground,which I do not remember at this moment. BEFORE THIS TREAY, PROPHET MOHAMMED (PBUH) AND HIS FOLLOWERS HAD FACED OPRESSION FOR 13 YEARS. So you can imagine this happend after having patience for 13 years.
